Lincoln University computers provided for use do not have the full suite of applications available pre-installed as each person requires different software on their device. If you find that you don’t have all the software you need, you can use the software centre to download additional applications.

Open the Software Center
Click on Start, type software, then click on Software Center to open it. Or you can double click on the IT Help icon on your desktop. Or click here.

Access applications in the Software Center
Click Applications in the left-hand menu.

Select software
Click the icon of the software you want.

Install the application
In the application information page, click install.
